TN-Birders,

Today was another fly day for Sandhill Cranes. I had just driven into my
90-year old mother's yard and gotten out of my truck when I heard the
clatter. I was looking up and counting when she came out of the house.
"What are you looking at?" "Sandhill Cranes", I replied. "You can't fool
me", she said, 'I've heard those all my life and they're geese"! Oh well,
there were two exceptionally large flights of about 150 in each for a total
of 300 about 10:45 this morning.
