Ok, Max,
Here's the download link for the latest firmware for the Clip Plus:
http://www.wuala.com/TalkingMP3Players/Firmware/Clip%20Plus/.rockbox.zip/
Move the .rockbox folder from the player to your computer and then put the
new one in its place. Safely remove the player, physically disconnect it,
and then restart the player.
