It's a pretty simple process, Citrix has a Migration and Upgrade guide
to help
http://support.citrix.com/servlet/KbServlet/download/138-102-7740/Migrat
ion_Upgrade_Guide.pdf

Basically it involves getting the upgrade licenses and going through
Add/Remove Programs to add the components. After a reboot, you change
the product code and install the licenses. Your original CD already has
the required components. As for upgrading to Presentation Server, I
assme you mean the 3.0 that came out recently. If you have subscription
Advantage, you can consider it, but it needs to be thoroughly tested in
your environment. If you aren't on FR3 and have SA, I'd look at that
first. Actually the upgrade doc wants the system that is upgraded from
XPs to have FR2 at a minimum.=3D20

Subject: [THIN] XPS upgrade to XPA

Hi Everyone,
=3D20

I have two Citrix XPS servers and want to start load balancing.
Therefore, an upgrade to XPA is required.=3D20

Anyone have any tips on the upgrade process. Is there more required then
just a license? Do I actually need to install XPA software? Should I
upgrade to Presentation Server?

Thanks for your help,
