Yeah its weird. It must be a setting that gets stored on the client (I
will have to dig it up) since I had a CLEAN client with a ver 8.0 ICA
client. I see if I can poke around and find it.

Hi, just recently work on this issue, wonder if this help...
The Workspace Control on the server is there but missing on most of the
clients... Uninstall the ICA client on the client PC, delete whatever
ICAClient folder left, install the new v.8 ICA client, the Workspace
Control
is back!!! Cheers...

When you take over a Desktop and look at Client Name for the session is
it=20
that new WI-GUID id?

I haven't worked on MPS3.0/WI much lateley but I have a feeling that the
new

Client ID of WI-SomeGUID is related to keeping track of the session for=20
Workspace control.

Good Luck with that, and let us know how it goes.
