Can you check Citrix MF SP4 and the Rolluppatch 01 and Rollup patch 02
installed? If not there update that and let us know. You wont be facing the
wfshell.exe crashing issue

I always was able to trace it back to a printer driver installed
recently. How many print drivers are on the servers?

Hello,
I'm running a 7 server xpa fr3 farm on windows 2000 sp4. Over the past
few weeks the wfshell has been crashing. However, it seems it has been
crashing during a session and not at logon. No updates have been
installed lately. Any help is appreciated.
