You'll have to go through and test the drivers. The first place to start is to make sure you have no kernel mode drivers installed. Open printers and faxes and the select File, Server properties, then drivers tab. Make sure none say NT4. Then remove any multi-function drivers and remap them to known good drivers (generic HP drivers are best for testing). If none of that works, then you have to start over and test each driver for compatibility. There are also documents on Citrix and HP's website that describe exact versions that work with terminal services. Other vendors have this as well but definately not all. You can also use http://www.printingsupport.com to find compatible drivers so you can use driver remapping.

We have 48 printers. I reinstalled some original printers trying to fix the issue but it did not work. I was on maturity leave when this started happening.

Christine,
I always was able to trace it back to a printer driver installed recently. How many print drivers are on the servers?
Thanks,

Hello,
I'm running a 7 server xpa fr3 farm on windows 2000 sp4. Over the past few weeks the wfshell has been crashing. However, it seems it has been crashing during a session and not at logon. No updates have been installed lately. Any help is appreciated.
