I would go with Jeff's suggestion. I had to do the same myself just last
year. You can also check this out CTX102634 WFSHELL.exe crashes when
attempting to autocreate certain HP print drivers. The latest list of HP
drivers compatible with citrix check the link to the "HP printers
supported in citrix environment" off DABCC page:

Good luck

We have 48 printers. I reinstalled some original printers trying to fix
the issue but it did not work. I was on maturity leave when this
started happening.

Christine,

I always was able to trace it back to a printer driver installed
recently. How many print drivers are on the servers?

Thanks,

Subject: [THIN] Wfshell.exe crashing

Hello,

I'm running a 7 server xpa fr3 farm on windows 2000 sp4. Over the past
few weeks the wfshell has been crashing. However, it seems it has been
crashing during a session and not at logon. No updates have been
installed lately. Any help is appreciated.
