Well, session sharing and load-evaluators don't work quite that way.   As
Jeremy stated before,  the most likely culprit is the XML service that your
Web Interface is pointing to (remember PNA has a backend component that uses
Web Interface components)

Interesting point.  I  was however under the impression that session sharing

will allow all subsequent applications to run from the same server (as the 
first app) until the load evaluators think the server is full.  Once the 
server is designated as being fully loaded based on the rules, shouldn't the

application then launch from any other server in the farm?  I didn't think 
the application would simply fail as there may be other servers in the farm 
not fully loaded.  I would be extremely surprised if all my servers in the 
farm were fully loaded at the time of the error..
