Is that a PNAgent error? I've seen this before when the XML Service/Broker dies. You can download a Citrix tools called Medivac that allows you to verify that the XML service is running okay. But if you've rebooted, then medivac won't help confirm that until next time. Cheers. They all received the following error: "Failed to launch. The Server returned ResourceUnavailable" I could not pin point this issue to any 1 server. I ended up rebooting the servers in the farm which allowed users to login and run applications. Has anyone experienced this before? Im concerned it may re-occur.
