Tyler,

No traffic is filtered by the VPN.  I do not see this issue with Windows
2000 clients connected to the same VPN tunnel server.  Just these new
Windows XP Pro clients are exhibiting the problem.  Question:  If the
client can grab the first (temporary TS CAL), what would prevent it from
grabbing the permanent CAL on a subsequent attempt?
