Thank you VERY MUCH for the input. We weren't using any of these three
settings in our GPO. However, following this thread, we disabled all GPO's
assigned to our test server, waited for replication, and rebooted.
Unfortunately, the problem still exists when no GPO's are in use.
Has anyone else experienced this problem? Are there any other areas we
could investigate?

Subject: [THIN] Re: PS4/W2K3 and Client Drive Mapping Issue
We had a very similar issue and the only way I was able to resolve was to
turn OFF (set to Disabled/Not configured) the following settings in my
Citrix GPO:
- User Configuration\Admin Templates\Windows Explorer\Prevent access to
drives from My Computer
- User Configuration\Admin Templates\Desktop\Hide and disable all items on
the desktop
- User Configuration\Admin Templates\Desktop\Remove My Computer icon the
desktop

But, we've encountered a problem with drive mapping that is delaying the project. Client drives are mapping, but when a 'File Open' dialog box is launched, users do not see all contents of their drives. (Yes, show ALL FILES is selected.)
Generally, only one folder appears in the dialog box showing the user's client drive. You can hit F5 a few times and all of the contents will appear, but if you continue to hit F5 sometimes you only see one folder and sometimes you see everything. The users are running the latest 9.150 web client (full version).
Has anyone seen this issue or have a potential solution? This is a show stopper for our migration, so any assistance would be GREATLY appreciated.
