We're in the process of migrating all of our applications and users from an
XPe farm running on Windows 2000 to PS4 running on Windows 2003. But, we've
encountered a problem with drive mapping that is delaying the project.
Client drives are mapping, but when a 'File Open' dialog box is launched,
users do not see all contents of their drives. (Yes, show ALL FILES is
selected.)
Generally, only one folder appears in the dialog box showing the user's
client drive. You can hit F5 a few times and all of the contents will
appear, but if you continue to hit F5 sometimes you only see one folder and
sometimes you see everything. The users are running the latest 9.150 web
client (full version).
Has anyone seen this issue or have a potential solution? This is a show
stopper for our migration, so any assistance would be GREATLY appreciated.
