Do you have any plug ins loaded with Outlook such as a SPAM filter,
telephone sync, etc? Sometimes these add-ins may lock up or not quit =
when
Outlook is exited.=20

Jim, I tried LaunchIT. When I close Outlook I get the same results. =
The
Program Neighborhood Connection Center shows just the server name, no
applications running. CMC shows Outlook as the running application.
Session processes show Launchit.exe, Outlook.exe and Mapisp32.exe =
running
along with CSRSS.exe, Winlogon.exe, and wfshell.exe. No other processes =
are
running. =20

Does anyone have any other ideas?

Thanks,
Ken ...

You need to look at the session in the CMC and see what files are being =
held
open. You can use http://www.tmurgent.com free Launchit utility to =
resolve
this problem once you figure out what program is holding the session =
open.

We are running Citrix Metaframe XP fr3 on W2K3. I'm running Microsoft
Office XP. All of the applications appear to work correctly except =
Outlook.
When a user closes Outlook their window goes away but the session stays
connected and the logoff script never runs. =20
Any ideas?

Thanks.
