Indeed there is - I wrote a script to do this in 98 (I think) for Office
97, using Kixtart. All that's really changed since I wrote it, is that
Kix now has a decimal to hex conversion function built in, and the
various Office incarnations, since, have a incremented version number
for their hierarchies under HKCU.

What version of Office are you using?
