once the key is deleted, you may have to restart and even make a RDC/RDP
connction to a server to aquire the new license.

When you say you've deleted the key you have deleted it from the workstation? And made sure they have write access to that component for that key?
What happens if (temporarily) you make the user an admin on that machine?

I just inherited a MF Server (version 3.0 Build 2085) that I'm having an issue with for one computer (well two now).
When this user logs into the web interface on the MF server, he is prompted for credentials and it processes them. Once he selects the farm, it shows the published apps and desktop. However, when selecting any of the available options, the process hangs with the "preparing to connect" dialog box showing.
I found a link on Citrix's web site (http://support.citrix.com/forums/thread.jspa?messageID=258165&fromSearchPage=true𿁵 <http://support.citrix.com/forums/thread.jspa?messageID=258165&fromSearchPage=true𿁵>) that stated to delete this key: /HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\MSLicensing\Store\LICENSE00x/
