But if I publish MS Word explicitly to Joe User he can still access from
anywhere so I guess I don't see how allocating just one Office license
sufficient.  Or am I seeing it wrong?

You can't without allocating enough licenses for your remote users.
Essentially, you either guestimate or have the same number of licenses for
Office as your Win2K TS CALs.  Then you know you're good.

Or... if you are only publishing apps, not desktops, then at the least you
know the number of users.  Allocate based on that.
