Consider yourself very lucky.  Named user licensing has never been
Microsoft's policy (other than academic).  And, all of their public
documents say otherwise.  Simply read the documents on their web sites and
you will see.

Again Frank... you will get different answers depending on who at Microsoft
you talk to.  Luckily I have it documented from our MS rep that all we need
is licenses equal to the number of remote users :).
