I don't know that specific model, but normally there is at least a terminal
setup screen available in addition to the launcher. Also, the managment
software should have the feature of allowing you to control all this, I
haven't seen what HP offers for CE support, but that is where it is normally
done....

alt-f4 allows me to change logons, if I have auto-logon set, say for end
user, but one I put machine in Kiosk, it is in kiosk for all users, even
admins. I have had to reflash a couple times, when I locked it too tight,
even for admin.

For the XPe device the admin account has the ability to lock/unlock the
image. The make a change as admin, you unlock and commit the write with a
reboot, then re-lock it.
With WINce you normally have a hotkey, such as ALT+F4 to gain access to the
admin setups. You do not show the admin setup screen and require the hotkey
to see them, this is normally how you grant admin access withou letting
users control a WINce device........

I would like to lock these down for a "shop floor" type user.
Trouble is, it seems when you lock it down, you lock it down for all, even
administrators.
The documentation on these is not that great. I have a demo unit I need to
prove out. Citrix runs fine, but I need to scale these machine back, offer
just what the users need (a couple Citrix apps.).
