[THIN] Favorites menu missing in Windows Explorer

Hi 



I've just implemented
XenApp 6.5 on Windows 2008R2.  We publish Windows Explorer (explorer.exe) and 
have
noticed that the Favorites Menu option is missing.  Is there a way to
enable this?  We have the following menu options available: 



File 

Edit 

View 

Tools 

Help 



Our old XenApp 4.5
Windows 2003 farm had all of the above but also had Favorites..
