There is no technical reason as to why Citrix should support it.  I've never
been a fan of it anyways.  If the users cannot follow simple instruction
then the company needs to ask why are they using a computer or even why are
they employed.

Um, why? There is NO technical reason why Citrix should not support it. This
is a stupid move.

It all depends on your environment and what your users will expect.  My last
job I worked we did remap the drives but my current job we don't.

Just curious if anyone still remaps drives on Citrix servers.  My impression
is that most people have moved away from the practice.  I'm designing a new
Citrix farm and wondering what the technical reasons are not to remap
drives.
