Here's the key.

HLKM\Software\Crystal Decisons\10.0\Report Application 
Server\InprocServer\LocalConnectionMgr

You need to make sure ConnectionDirectoryPath is pointing to (if your 
drivers are remapped) M:\Program Files\Common Files\Crystal 
Decisions\2.5\bin

I had to add another string value called ReportDirectoryPath and path it 
out to M:\Program Files\Common Files\Crystal Decisions\2.5\bin
