Perhaps MS is giving it away, but how many VM can you really get per box?
If you consider that you can get twice as many VM per server with VMware is
free really a good deal??

Does VS have vMotion? Memory Management? CPU Management? Disk and I/O
Management? Or does the Host OS responsible for all of the scheduling?

I still prefer VMWare any day over VS, especially when it comes to setting
up and configuring networks. However for what you pay for VS even I can't
usually justify the cost difference and MS has been almost giving it away
for enterprise customers.
