FWIW, fwpuclnt.dll seems to be the most commonly identified DLL in the crash
messages in the popup at the time of the crash.

Do you have flash installed and what version?
Particular versions of flash were crashing here for us until we removed
and reinstalled an older version.
=============
yeah - we are using the varieties of 10.1.102.64

which older version did you choose?

thanks,

sean
