Plans are in the works in increase our citrix server count to over a hundred servers. I am looking for any tips or documents that spell out the best way to support those servers. Information like dedicated support staff - How many are recommended? We have a dedicated team for Exchange and SMS and the feeling is that we will also need one for citrix. Anyone else in a large citrix environment? How do you all do it? I'm hoping to get this structure in place before we role out to production. Thanks!
