Hi Ron,
Tried all that. The status shows up as downloaded, but when I go into
Settings, Printers the client printer is not listed. I am still forced to
go into the ICA Client Printer Configuration utility and click on the
connect button.

Go into the CMC and into the printers node.
In there right click on the Printers Icon and select client printers.
Hit the ADD button in the interface for client printers.
Enter the ICA client name of the Windows CE device
Give the printer a logical name=20
Select a server driver to use
And select the port that the printer is physically attached to on that
client.
When any user uses a client with that name it will always connect that
printer to that port.
