Greetings All:
Believe it or not the following is a bird-related question. There was
a wooded lowlands picnic area in Mills County where I used to stop and
bird. For some reason it has been closed, leaving only the open
hilltop picnic area for the county. I wonder if anybody out there in
the texbirds can give me an idea where the closed picnic area was
located?
