Howdy Texbirders,
Wow! You folks are an awesome and supportive community. The response to
the Barrow's Goldeneye (December, '91, Oxy Chemical Plant..nice folks for
erecting the platform...which is still there) was wonderful. I had not
thought that, as David Sarkozi posted, eBird has some of the "super-star"
sightings ("Explore Data"). Keith Arnold and Mark Scheuerman directed me
to John Tveten's "Birdlife of Houston,..."). The more mundane records will
require deeper digging. Once again, thanks to everyone who responded.
