[texbirds] Painted Redstart update

Saw the Painted Redstart at around 12:20 today on the UTPA campus. It was
foraging in a live oak near the big Ficus tree west of the Science
builidng, near the south end of the Learning Assistance Center. Seth
Pattern spotted it, a few minutes after I "ran into" him.
