I've seen a Couch's Kingbird eating a Monarch also. The Monarch tried to use evasive tactics but the Kingbird was quicker. At my house, that is across the golf course from Hazel Bazemore, I had a Black-throated Gray Warbler and a Prothonotary Warbler this morning. Pretty exciting!
