From Houston east winds are from the south and moderate trans-Gulf migrants 
are arriving on and near the coast. A large mass of thunderstorms are 
exiting the New Orleans area with 54 knots (!)  of upper winds. West of 
Houston the upper winds are from the NW and W blowing from the interior to 
the coast. I imagine those will bring a wave of Clay-colored Sparrows and 
similar species.This is easy to see on the Wind Map.
