[TechAssist] update. Hitachi 50ES1K, AP31 "shuts down"

Alvie directed me to the training manual which I will go over again, but
in the meantime:
I found the following electrolytics leaking on the board:
C945: 470uf@35v
C950: 470uf@35V
C985: 47uf@16v
C949: 470uf@63V
Also changed the negative "7912" regulator IC933 with an OEM (seen this
intermitt.bad before).
Now: push power. Click, hear HV rustle up with immediate SD. Still...
But,if I heat the PS area with my hot air gun and retry it: /Powered up
with good picture./
So, me thinks there are still some bad lytics around there since heat
triggered it to power on.
Will advise...
