[TechAssist] Re: Hitachi 50ES1K, AP31 "shuts down"

I flexed and tapped.Nothing. I entered the error codes display by
holding both AVX and power buttons at once with the set off. It did
power on with two rows of numbers.
I got a series of the same two error codes displayed:
10 50 10 50 10 50 in two rows.
Now, the "10" will show up for most all shut downs and really doesn't
mean much. The "50" code indicated there was a SD due to either excess
current in the +130 volts line/source or excess voltage. Other causes
for a "50" code would be accompanied by another code and these are the
only ones. So, I'm thinking to concentrate in the +130 volt source. Good
possibility in an older set is bad lytics. Thinking out loud here.
