[TechAssist] SYLVANINA - 6719DC - DEAD

Any tips out there on this set? I had diagnosed it for a vertical IC
LA78040A about two years ago and finally dug it out and put the IC in. It's
dead. I
seem to remember a resistor opening on these (FUNIA) sets when the IC went
out.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
