Is there any way to get around the user password in Windows XP Home.
Computer belongs to a regular corporate customer so I know it is not
stolen. They were changing the password and forgot what they had
entered. I did a repair reinstall and even entered some new user names
but still can't do anything without the existing password. Booting to a
DOS prompt or into safe mode still require the password. Is there any
hope short of a fresh reinstall of XP? There is important data on the
hard drive.
