I have a copy of Windows password blanker that deletes all passwords 
including the administrators.  It is a dos disk. It can be purchased at 
http://pandmsoftware.ca   This is a copywrited disk so probably cant send it 
to you.  I bought it on e-bay from a trader called LastInnocentMan  It is 
version 2004-01-16    Check this out.  e-mail privately for more info.
