Your probably right Philip, I'm hoping that as a last resort only, do you have the access to service menu? If its inside the dcu I'm settin aside as customer gave me the set, 300 was his max ? go figure, only 2 years old.. its just the blue pincushion vertical that I'm needing to adjust, but since there is no movement in the customer menu for up and down I'm sure its a DCU issue. brock ----- Original Message ----- From: "Phillip R.
