A friend of mine works for Best Buy. At some point last year, all the BB
computer techs became Geek Squad agents.
Same techs, just a cool new marketing gimmick, and they now do on-site
service.
Worst part is the uniforms. The only thing missing is the tape on their
glasses. *laughs*
