[TechAssist] partial fix,RCA P46811LV, PTK195AA , need convergence power supply parts ID. R19717

I still have the bowed picture and no output from the converg. power 
supply board.I ordered another STK730-130. Before I install it, I found 
an open 1 watt resistor on the same board: R19717. Bands LOOK like 
brn-blk-brn , but can't be sure.  need value.
