[TechAssist] RCA P46811LV, PTK195AA bowed, jagged buzzing pix after home power flickered

Customer said the house power failed 4 times. After that the set looked
this way. I can make out the OSD and tuner video and sound, but the
picture js very bowed, distorted with a kind of "christmas tree
jaggedness. I was thinking the main power supply was faulty. I unplugged
the main AC wires to the converg. power supply board but same. ALSO!:
The screen G2 wire let go from inside the fly.Looks like a small peice
is still in there. Am I screwed there?
