[TechAssist] how to restore deleted e-mail

I'M A DUMMY! now that we have established that, let me tell you my problem,
sat night I was deleting ablock of e-mail in oe,running windows xp, I
highlighted, hit shift set end of block, hit delete (permanent), I wiped out
all my deleted archived emails,(which are too numerous to mention, I never
got around to creating folders, I'm a dummy, is there any to safely restore
those e-mails, any help would be greatly appreciated.
