Actually Jeff he mentions OE in his email, Outlook Express. I suggested the
same to Charles and haven't heard back since so I'm assuming he got it

You need to mention what email program you are using.
You used Outlook to send this, so I assume this is what you are talking
about.
Did you look in "deleted items" folder?

I'M A DUMMY! now that we have established that, let me tell you my problem,
sat night I was deleting ablock of e-mail in oe,running windows xp, I
highlighted, hit shift set end of block, hit delete (permanent), I wiped out
all my deleted archived emails,(which are too numerous to mention, I never
got around to creating folders, I'm a dummy, is there any to safely restore
those e-mails, any help would be greatly appreciated.
