Kenny, maybe the transistor that drives the relay is shorted ?

Model ss1311w4. Can't turn set off, channel indicator light goes off,
but set stays on. When you turn on-off switch off set stays on.
Changed relay, this usually fixes this problem. Check pin 26 on micro.
reads 0 when set is off and 2.8V when set is on. No schematic, no sams
listed. Any help here? TIA
