Russ,

I think Wilf hit it on the head.  If that set uses a 175-2720 or 175-2721
tuner, it's a safe bet that the tuner is shot.  I have been using Tip Top
for tuner rebuild.  All tuners $25 with dud.  1-818-345-1974.
