David,
I sent you a message earlier to unplug a small 2 wire connector from HV
bleeder to sweep board just in front of standup daughter board this is the
feed back line for shutdown. If the set comes on with hii voltage and
picture with this loose,replace HV bleeder #A-17196-12  this replaces
the -05
this part is on national backorder.
Also check for bad solder on the daughter board
