Jeff and all; this may have changed recently.
I just bought WinsTips about 2 months ago.
The $150.00 gets one the current CD. and a short
time of updates.
It's true that if you submit tips (that Paul will
use) credit is given, BUT you have to pay the
$180.00 for the yearly updates at least once for
this to take effect. At least, that is what Paul
told me.
It is a great program, however.
