Al, download a free copy of "Stinger" here,
http://vil.nai.com/vil/averttools.asp and take it along on floppy or CD
to scan her machine for 35 or 40 of the latest viruses. Also there is
lots of information on that site to help remove a virus if Stinger can't
do it alone.
