Hello, Not sure if this will help but I worked on a AC/DC Combi with simular problem and it turned out to be the power pulg connctor. It had an internal switch in it that informed the unit as to AC or DC operations. You might check that. Hope that was of some help. Didn't see your earler post's. Good luck, Ed..
