Yes, charges... They see you troubleshoot an hour then see a board go
in, refuse the estimate, and later tell some jerk "It's that board
there!" never allowing you for the time it took to FIND that board as
bad. You are on their turf, not yours.You have zero rights or recourse.
In the shop, you have their set.This keeps it legal!
