John, the model number 6319CCA is correct. Maybe it is a Canadian model
only, not sure. It was made in June 2000. The service manual also covers
Symphonic model SC313C or Emerson EWC1302 if that helps.

I have posted a picture of the VCR mechanism for anyone to view so you
know what it looks like.
