[TechAssist] Sony KV-XBR36 (Sy-ctv20-T) Channels blocked out?

This is the set that the power supply was fixed. It only gets a "couple",
channels now. The other channels will come in for a second nice and clear
but will be blocked out with a black box that covers the center of the
screen , the picture can be seen around the edge of the screen only. It is
almost like these channels are locked out like a parental guide. I did set
the autoprogram for the channels but it did not help. I don't have the
customers original remote but am using one that can change the menu
functions. The only thing that I can think of is maybe the PIP is
malfunctioning.
